Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1065. Special funds abolished

As soon after the effective date of this act as all outstanding liabilities payable out of any of the special funds in the State Treasury for professional examining boards within the Department of Public Instruction shall have been paid, all such special funds shall be abolished, and all unexpended balances in such funds shall be transferred to the general fund of the State Treasury.
