Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1021. Direction and supervision by Superintendent of Public Instruction

There shall be created a Bureau of Professional Education,  1 as a sub-department of the Department of Public Instruction, with an office at Harrisburg; and said bureau shall be known as the Bureau of Professional Education of the Department of Public Instruction,  2 and shall be under the immediate direction and supervision of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
