Pennsylvania Statutes Title 70 P.S. Securities § 1-611. Cancellation of federal preemption

Under the authority of section 6(c) of the Philanthropy Protection Act of 1995 (Public Law 104-62, 15 U.S.C. § 80a-3a(c)), on and after the effective date of this section, section 6 of the Philanthropy Protection Act of 1995 [15 U.S.C. § 80a-(a)] shall not preempt the laws of this Commonwealth referred to in section 6 of the Philanthropy Protection Act of 1995. This preemption shall apply to all administrative and judicial actions commenced on or after the effective date of this section.
