Pennsylvania Statutes Title 70 P.S. Securities § 1-201. Registration requirement

It is unlawful for any person to offer or sell any security in this State unless the security is registered under this act, the security or transaction is exempted under section 202 or 203  1 hereof or the security is a federally covered security.
