Pennsylvania Statutes Title 7 P.S. Banks and Banking § 6020-90. Informal action by members

Any action which may be taken at a meeting of members may, unless otherwise provided in the articles or bylaws, be taken without a meeting, if a consent or consents in writing, setting forth the action so taken, shall be signed by all the members who would be entitled to vote on such action at a meeting and shall be filed with the secretary of the association.
