Without regard to any other form of execution provided in the bylaws, an instrument in writing, or any assignment or endorsement thereof, executed or entered into between an association and any person and signed by the president or vice-president and by the secretary or treasurer of the association, shall be held to have been properly executed by and in behalf of the association. Except as otherwise required by statute, the affixation of the corporate seal shall not be necessary to the valid execution, assignment or endorsement by an association of any instrument in writing.
