(a) Violations of sections 105, 106--Any person who wilfully engages in the business of receiving deposits or money for transmission, or who wilfully establishes a place of business for such purpose, in violation of section 105 1 and any person whom such person represents, and any corporation which wilfully acts in a fiduciary capacity in violation of section 106, 2 shall be guilty of a felony and shall upon conviction thereof be subject, in the case of an individual, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per violation, or both, and, in the case of any other person, to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000).
(b) Deleted by 2012, Oct. 24, P.L. 1336, No. 170, § 60, effective in 60 days [Dec. 24, 2012].
