Pennsylvania Statutes Title 65 P.S. Public Officers § 371. Mileage fees

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other act to the contrary the mileage fee to be charged and received by members of the General Assembly, public officials, officers or employees may be established by the General Assembly, Commonwealth, its political subdivisions, intermediate units and authorities.
