All lands situate within the seventeen townships, formerly in the county of Luzerne, now in the counties of Luzerne, Wyoming and Bradford, which have been certified to the Connecticut claimants, by the commissioners appointed in pursuance of an act of assembly, entitled “An Act for offering compensation to the Pennsylvania claimants of certain land within the seventeen townships in the county of Luzerne, and for other purposes therein mentioned,” shall pay the following rates of interest, namely: All lands classed by the said commissioners as numbers one, two and three, to be charged interest at the rate of two per cent. per annum; all lands classed as number four, to pay six per cent. per annum.
