Pennsylvania Statutes Title 64 P.S. Public Lands § 391. Repeal of restriction on amount of land to be returned in excess of warrant

So much of the second section of the act approved April 6, 1830,  1 as restricts returns of surveys on warrants thereafter to be issued to an amount not greater than ten per centum beyond the number of acres for which the warrant issued, be and the same is hereby repealed: Provided, That any excess which may be returned under the provisions of prior laws shall be paid at the time of making such return of survey to the surveyor general,  2 otherwise the same shall not be accepted.
