Pennsylvania Statutes Title 64 P.S. Public Lands § 265. Construction of act

The act  1 to which this is a supplement shall not be so construed as to grant any right or privilege whatsoever, to the surface of the bed of any river; but any rights acquired under said act shall be confined exclusively to sinking shafts and mining beneath the bed of such rivers, after having obtained the right so to do, in the manner provided by said act.
