Pennsylvania Statutes Title 63 P.S. Professions and Occupations (State Licensed) § 480.10. Offenses; penalty

Any person knowingly violating the provisions of this act or failing to make the required deposits into a merchandise trust fund or into a temporary special account shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1000), or undergo imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or both. If the person violating the provisions of this act is a corporation or association, the officer responsible for the violation shall undergo any prison term imposed.
