(a) Except as provided in section 502(c) 1 and (d), no individual shall engage in the practice, or offer to engage in the practice of architecture in this State, or use the title of architect or use any sign, card or device implying that such individual is an architect, or is competent to engage in the practice of architecture, unless such individual holds a currently valid license issued pursuant to this act.
(b) Except as provided in section 502(c) and (d), no partnership, professional association, corporation, limited liability company or limited liability partnership shall engage in the practice or offer to engage in the practice of architecture in this Commonwealth, or use any title, sign, card or device implying that such partnership, professional association, corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership is competent to engage in the practice of architecture, unless such partnership, professional association, corporation, limited liability company or limited liability partnership complies with section 506. 2
