Pennsylvania Statutes Title 63 P.S. Professions and Occupations (State Licensed) § 2574. Violations

(a) Imposition.--The department may impose a civil penalty of up to $10,000 for each violation of this act.

(b) Unfair trade practices.--A person who is in violation of this act shall be in violation of the act of December 17, 1968 (P.L. 1224, No. 387),  1 known as the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
