Pennsylvania Statutes Title 63 P.S. Professions and Occupations (State Licensed) § 1717. Enforcement of certification to board

No license or renewal of license shall be issued by the board to any individual engaging in the practice of speech-language pathology, audiology or teaching of the hearing impaired with a corporation, partnership, trust, association, company or other similar forms of organization which have failed to comply with section 16.  1
