Foreign trained occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants who apply to be licensed by the board shall, before examination, furnish proof of good moral character and shall present proof indicating the completion of educational requirements substantially equal to those contained in section 8. 1 They may be required to have completed, at the board's discretion, not more than one year of the supervised fieldwork experience prescribed by the board prior to taking the examination for licensure.
