Pennsylvania Statutes Title 63 P.S. Professions and Occupations (State Licensed) § 1401-102. Construction of act

This act contains an enumeration of certain fees charged by various boards and commissions within the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. Some of the fees contained herein represent increases or decreases from existing charges while others represent the current fees in effect on the effective date of this act. It is the intent of the General Assembly, and this act shall be so construed, that the fees herein set forth shall be those charged by the various agencies on the effective date of this act. Further, the fact that a particular fee currently in effect is not enumerated in this act shall not affect the validity of such fee.
