The board, in cooperation with the Department of Health, shall develop a reporting procedure which requires the Department of Health to notify the board when deficiencies found in a licensed nursing home may be due to the practices of the nursing home administrator and which requires the board to notify the Department of Health of any disciplinary actions taken against a nursing home administrator licensed under this act. The reporting procedure so developed shall be promulgated by the board by regulation and shall be subject to review in accordance with the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L. 633, No. 181), 1 known as the “Regulatory Review Act.”
