Pennsylvania Statutes Title 55 P.S. Navigation § 702. Water craft near buoy

Whoever shall, upon summary conviction of operating any type of water craft within fifty feet of such a flagged buoy, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25), and in default of the payment of such fine and costs, shall be imprisoned not exceeding five days.
