Pennsylvania Statutes Title 55 P.S. Navigation § 697.22. Port zone boundary

Within 18 months after the effective date of this act, the authority shall prepare, publish in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, and thereafter maintain for public inspection at its principal office a detailed description of the port zone boundary in accordance with the Final Coastal Zone Boundary established under the Pennsylvania Coastal Zone Management Program for the Delaware Estuary Coastal Zone as set forth in the Pennsylvania Coastal Zone Management Program Technical Record dated December 1978, and shall prepare and thereafter maintain for public inspection at its principal office a detailed map of such port zone showing the boundary thereof.
