Pennsylvania Statutes Title 55 P.S. Navigation § 482.1. Adoption of regulations; acceptance of training ship; students

The Navigation Commission for the Delaware River and its navigable tributaries be, and the same is hereby authorized to adopt or agree to any regulations which, in the discretion of the commission, are not contrary to the interests of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with any agency of the government of the United States, including the acceptance of such ship or ships as may be loaned to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and to accept students designated by any authorized agency of the government of the United States for such annual fees as may be in the discretion of the commission agreed upon from time to time.
