Pennsylvania Statutes Title 55 P.S. Navigation § 369. Conveyance of Canal Basins land

The Department of Forests and Waters, acting on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with the approval of the Governor, is hereby authorized to convey, to the City of Erie, all that certain tract of land covered with water situate at the foot and on both sides of State Street in the City of Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania, described and known as the Canal Basins.
