Pennsylvania Statutes Title 53 Pa.C.S.A. Municipalities Generally § 9113. Timing of transfer of administration of pension system fund

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 902(c) of the act of December 18, 1984 (P.L. 1005, No. 205),  1 known as the Municipal Pension Plan Funding Standard and Recovery Act, if the administration of a city of the second class' municipal pension system fund is to be transferred to the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System under that section, the transfer shall be accomplished by October 30, 2011.
