Pennsylvania Statutes Title 52 P.S. Mines and Mining § 70-233. Mine foreman, permission for blasts in mine where locked safety lamps are in use

No blast shall be fired in any mine where locked safety lamps are used except by permission of the mine foreman or his assistants.
