Pennsylvania Statutes Title 52 P.S. Mines and Mining § 659. Wholesaler to furnish destinations

When an operator sells through a wholesaler, it shall be obligatory on such operator to require such wholesaler to furnish destinations of all anthracite sold, in such a manner that will enable said operator to comply in all respects with the requirements of this act.
