Pennsylvania Statutes Title 52 P.S. Mines and Mining § 657. Reports to Department of Mines

All operators, breakers, washeries or preparation plants of anthracite coal mines shall report to the Department of Mines,  1 within fifteen days after the close of each month, shipments, of anthracite for preceding months to destinations, such destinations to include each state, each province of Canada, and such subdivisions thereof, as the department may designate.

1 The Department of Mines was abolished and its powers and duties transferred to the Department of Environmental Resources. See 71 P.S. §§ 510-1, 510-15 and 510-103.
