Pennsylvania Statutes Title 52 P.S. Mines and Mining § 632. Penalty for violations

Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars for each offense, and a further fine of fifty dollars per day for each day the offense is maintained, or be imprisoned not exceeding one month, or both, at the discretion of the court.
