The purchase price, in the case of an amicable acquisition, or the damages as finally determined, in the case of acquisition by condemnation, and the necessary expenses incidental thereto, shall be paid from the appropriations made by the General Assembly under this act, or under section 16(a)(1) of the act of January 19, 1968 (1967, P.L. 996, No. 443), 1 known as “The Land and Water Conservation and Reclamation Act,” which are hereby authorized to be used for the purposes of this act, and/or the appropriations to which Federal funds made available for such purposes have been credited.
