Pennsylvania Statutes Title 51 Pa.C.S.A. Military Affairs § 4642. Consent procedure for terminating custodial responsibility granted by court order

(1) After the deploying parent returns from deployment, both parents may file with the court an agreement to terminate an order for temporary custodial responsibility issued under Subchapter C   1 (relating to judicial procedure for granting custodial responsibility during deployment).

(2) An agreement to terminate an order entered into under this section is not required to be signed by a nonparent to whom custodial responsibility has been granted.
