Pennsylvania Statutes Title 50 P.S. Mental Health § 944. Trial by jury to be granted on demand

If the person against whom the proceedings are taken shall demand in writing, prior to the decision of the court on such application, a trial by jury, it shall thereupon be the duty of the said court to award an issue, framed to determine the question of fact involved, and such trial shall be granted.
