Pennsylvania Statutes Title 50 P.S. Mental Health § 582. Site; construction and equipment

The Department of Property and Supplies  1 shall proceed with surveys, plans and estimates for an available site selected by the Department of Welfare and approved by the Governor, for the construction and equipment of such institution thereon, and for the improvement of the grounds connected therewith, in the manner provided by The Administrative Code of one thousand nine hundred twenty-nine, as amended,  2 and shall proceed, as soon as said site is selected and the plans for such institution are approved, with the erection, construction and equipping of the same.
