Pennsylvania Statutes Title 50 P.S. Mental Health § 4421. Transportation of mentally disabled persons

Whenever the transportation of a mentally disabled person from one place to another is necessary to effect admission to, commitment in, or transfer between facilities and circumstances permit, such person shall be accompanied by a relative or other suitable person of the same sex.
