Every application for the registration of agents filed by a permittee shall be accompanied by a registration fee in the amount of ten dollars ($10) for each agent to be registered, which shall cover the agent's registration from date of approval until December thirty-first of the year in which approved. Registrations may be renewed for a period of one calendar year upon the filing of a new application and payment of the same registration fee as herein provided for original registration, together with agent's new application and photographs of each agent. Applications for renewal of registration shall be filed not later than December fifteenth of each year.
