Pennsylvania Statutes Title 47 P.S. Liquor § 7-702. Unlawful to act as a distillery certificate broker or to buy or sell distillery bonded warehouse certificate without a permit

It shall be unlawful for any person, except as hereinafter exempted, directly or through an agent, to sell, purchase, exchange, offer for sale, deliver, enter into agreements for the purchase, sale, exchange, solicit subscriptions to, orders for, undertake to dispose of, deal in any manner in, distillery bonded warehouse certificates, without first having obtained a permit to act as a distillery certificate broker as provided in this article.
