The Senate and the House of Representatives shall each keep a journal of its proceedings as now required by the Constitution and laws of this Commonwealth. The Journal of the Senate and the Journal of the House of Representatives shall both be published in the Legislative Journal now provided for by law, which shall serve as the Journals of the Senate and of the House of Representatives respectively, in compliance with the requirements of section twelve of article two of the Constitution.
