The Legislature Journal shall be published daily and the appendix and index whenever determined by the General Assembly, size of the pages and type as well as the weight and color of the paper shall be as determined by the General Assembly. The style shall conform generally to that of the present Legislative Journal. The printing of the proceedings of the Senate and the House of Representatives may be done separately.
