Pennsylvania Statutes Title 46 P.S. Legislature and Statutes § 125. Excessive bills not to be approved

The auditor general and state treasurer are hereby directed to withhold their approval from any bill or bills, exceeding the amount of stationery for the senate and house of representatives mentioned in the preceding section:  1 Provided, That this act shall not apply to the contracts for stationery for the legislature now in force.
