Pennsylvania Statutes Title 44 P.S. Legal Holidays and Observances § 44.1. Display of state flag at certain memorials and funerals

It shall be lawful to display the flag of Pennsylvania over a memorial, a casket and at a funeral procession of a deceased individual who was a member or employe of a volunteer or municipal police department, fire department, ambulance service or rescue squad or a fire police organization.
