Pennsylvania Statutes Title 43 P.S. Labor § 690a.4. Establishment of needs-based payment fund by grant recipients

Every entity who applies for a grant under Title III of the Job Training Partnership Act (Public Law 97-300, 96 Stat. 1322)  1 may apply for additional funds under this act to support needs-based payments for dislocated workers enrolled in those programs on a form and in the manner prescribed by the department, subject to the approval of the department.
