Pennsylvania Statutes Title 43 P.S. Labor § 206n. Labor injunctions to have provision restraining employers

Every restraining order, temporary or permanent injunction issued by a court of this Commonwealth in any case involving or growing out of a labor dispute, shall contain the following provision:

“That complainant and/or the employer and their or either of their agents or employes shall be enjoined from any and all acts or threats of violence, intimidation, coercion, molestation, libel or slander against the respondents or organizations engaged in the labor dispute.”
