Whenever a panel of arbitrators is hereafter constituted pursuant to the provisions of section 806 of the act of July 23, 1970 (P.L. 563, No. 195), known as the “Public Employe Relations Act,” 1 the cost of the arbitrator selected by each party shall be paid by the respective party selecting the arbitrator. The cost of the impartial arbitrator selected by the arbitrators already selected or selected in accordance with the procedure set forth in section 806(2) of the act of July 23, 1970 (P.L. 563, No. 195), known as the “Public Employe Relations Act,” shall be paid by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.
The Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board shall establish rules and regulations to implement this act.
