Section 8(d), the last sentence of section 16 and as much as reads “Commonwealth” of section 19(c), act of July 10, 1980 (P.L. 481, No. 104), known as the “Milk Producers' and Cooperative Security Funds Act,” 1 are repealed. If, after the expiration of the appeal period prescribed by law, the determination of the Milk Marketing Board 2 under section 8 of the act has not been stayed by a reviewing court, the board shall direct the fiscal agent under the act to pay the claimants from the moneys available in the Milk Producers' Security Fund.
