As much as reads “in the court of common pleas” of clause (4) and as much as reads “in the court of common pleas” of the last sentence of clause (5) of section 1408(c) and as much of section 1411 as relates to limitation of time when criminal prosecutions may be brought, act of June 13, 1967 (P.L. 31, No. 21), known as the “Public Welfare Code,” 1 as added July 10, 1980 (P.L. 493, No. 105), are repealed.
