As much as reads as follows: “the Supreme Court of” of subsection (b)(2) and as much as reads as follows: “of the Supreme Court” of the first sentence of subsection (d) of section 2, and as much as reads as follows: “Commonwealth” of the first sentence 1 of section 3(5), act of November 22, 1978 (P.L.1166, No. 274), referred to as the “Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Act,” is repealed. The references to “State Court Administrator” and “justices of the peace” in sections 4(8) and 5 of the act shall be deemed references to the Court Administrator of Pennsylvania and district justices, respectively.
