Pennsylvania Statutes Title 42 Pa.C.S.A. Judiciary and Judicial Procedure § 7376. Notice of arbitration

A party must initiate arbitration by giving notice to arbitrate to the other party:

(1) in the manner specified in the arbitration agreement; or

(2) in the absence of a specified manner, under section 7321.3 (relating to notice).
