Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 991.2143. Complaint or administrative denial resolution

Nothing in this subdivision shall prevent the department from communicating with the covered person or enrollee or the health care provider, insurer or MA or CHIP managed care plan as appropriate to assist in the resolution of a complaint or administrative denial. Such communication may occur at any time during the process.
