Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 991.1820. Advertising reference to association prohibited

No member insurer shall, directly or indirectly, make, publish or place before the public in a newspaper or other publication or in the form of a notice, circular, pamphlet, letter or poster or over any radio or television station or in any other way an advertisement, announcement or statement of any sort containing any reference to the coverage of the association.
