Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 991.1205. Federal compliance

In the event the Federal Government enacts a uniform claim form for mandatory use by all insurers and the Department of Public Welfare's public health care coverage program, the department shall adopt the Federal form for use by all insurers, the Department of Public Welfare's public health care coverage program and health care providers within ninety (90) days of the enactment of the Federal legislation or the effective date included in the Federal act, whichever is later.
