Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 923-A. Limitation on actions

Any action challenging the validity of or arising out of acts taken or proposed to be taken under this article shall be commenced no later than thirty (30) days after the later of the approval of the plan by the commissioner or the adoption of the plan by a vote of the eligible members.
