Every such company shall also annually, in the month of January, file with the Insurance Commissioner a statement similar to that hereinbefore in section six hundred and sixty-one (661) 1 provided for, and shall also furnish him with a certificate from the officer with whom the deposit herein mentioned is required to be made, describing such securities so deposited and the manner in which they are held by him, and stating that he is satisfied that such securities are fully worth one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), and also shall furnish the Insurance Commissioner with such other information touching the condition and credit of the company as he may require, signed and sworn to.
